» Change to the homepage, again... LoL |

Well, during some debugging tonight I found some scripting errors. These lead into the customization of the home page. Basically, calls for modules that aren't there.
This causes some slight errors with the database, and we don't want that! Not at all!
So, I must say, the homepage customizations are gone for the time being until I can fix the script or the CMPS is updated to manage the older modules we have in place.

Alrighty, I've changed up the nav bar and made them the same for both styles to keep that "inline" look for the styles we have. However, I've changed them to make them better and easier to use. The drop down menu's, which become a pain in the ass to work with and take up a LOT of space in the templates.
So, I added the most important stuff here with stationary links. I also added a couple different things on them and made them easier to read/use.
Also, when logged in as a guest, they have two links to register and some information about doing so. With this setup, I think it'll work a bit better and be easier to use. If there's any certain links you guys need up in the nav bar, please let me know and I'll see what I can do about adding them in for you! ... [Read More]

Alright, we have a new thing for RCWF up and running. It's still in an infant form, but it's usable none-the-less.
There's a LOT of information associated with it, but I'll add the important stuff.
First, as always with something new, let me know if you encounter ANY problems. No matter how big or small, I need to know what you see. Not every browser is the same, so I can't tell if one member will see missing picture or if someone else won't. So please, feel free to PM me with any problems or even questions about the new system.
First.. This is a points/experience system that basically rates you on your user interaction with the forums. There's points and experience awarded for nearly everything you do! So being an active member in the RCWF community brings your points up!

Ok, I was tinkering with something new here for RCWF when I noticed a big problem with the post bit... Alright, I hear you, "What the hell is a post bit?" Ok, see the information above where it details about me, my blog, and the other information like my post count? Well, that's all included in something that's called a post bit.
Well, here's what I figured out today.. Our default vBulletin skin, the white/blue color, has the postbit updated for the arcade, blogs, and a few other things that weren't so "included" with our new skin. So, after some hardcore template working.. since copying the template didn't work to well... I got it working where the arcade information is displayed, the blog information is displayed and a few other things are displayed. So now we have a working postbit. I... [Read More]
